Sunlight Needs: Partial to full sun (4-6 hours of direct sunlight daily). Spinach can tolerate some shade, particularly in warmer climates.

Seed Soaking: Soaking seeds overnight can help speed up germination but is not essential.
Tray/Pot Recommendations: Spinach can be direct sown in the garden or started in trays. If starting in trays, transplant seedlings when they have a few true leaves. Ensure the container has good drainage if growing in pots.
Space Requirements: Space plants 15-20 centimeters apart in rows 30 centimeters apart to allow for adequate air circulation and growth.
Temperature Requirements: Spinach thrives in cooler temperatures, ideally between 10-24°C. It tends to bolt in higher temperatures, so it’s best grown during cooler months.
Best Growing Season: In Thailand, spinach is best grown from October to February when the temperatures are cooler, which helps prevent bolting.
Time to Harvest: 40-50 days. Harvest leaves when they are young and tender for the best flavor, picking from the outer leaves first, or harvest the entire plant.
