Water Needs: Keep soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Regular watering is important, especially during the head formation stage.
Sunlight Needs: Full sun (6-8 hours of direct sunlight daily).

Tray/Pot Recommendations: Start seeds in seed trays or small pots. Transplant seedlings to the garden when they have 3-4 true leaves and the weather is cool.
